Fox 5 Morning News Anchor Shally Zomorodi has been waking up in San Diego for more than a decade.
If you ask me, she is one of the most inspiring and positive people I’ve ever met. She is a shining light in the world of social media and has created a following of raving fans who follow and admire her every move.
Versed in international broadcasting as the reporter for Voice of America, and fluent in Farsi, Shally now brings her global skills, diversity, and Southland knowledge to FOX 5. Shally credits her success in broadcasting to pageants having won multiple titles, such as Mrs. California Globe, Miss Orange County Teen USA, and Miss Orange County USA. She left law school to pursue her dream to work in broadcasting and says she is working her dream job every day because of pageants.
